WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Jack-of-all-trades mentality. We need someone who's done a little bit of everything — framing, concrete, stucco, or similar trades. You don't have to be a master of any one thing, but you need to be competent across multiple areas and eager to keep learning.
You show up on time. Every time. We're not flexible on this.

- Follow safety protocols without exception
- Assist foreman with whatever's needed — tasks change daily
MUST-HAVES
- Your own tools — hammer, tape measure, speed square, level, drill, hand tools
- Reliable transportation — you get yourself to the job site, every day
- Punctual / timely — we mean it. First impression = every impression.

- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physically capable — lift 50+ lbs, stand all day, work in elements
