Lead and manage daily branch operations, including outside sales, customer service, and administrative workflows
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business development and satisfaction
Provide leadership and coaching to branch staff, including performance evaluations and training

Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in internal processes
