Rotation of 60 days on site and 10 days off (paid)& 2 days traveling (paid).

- Construction HSE Engineer reports to the HSM or, while he/she isthe TCM HSE representative at site, he/she reports to the Site Manager.
- He/she verifies and ensures that all field activities areperformed according to the TCM HSE policy, the regulations, standardsand procedures, promoting all preventive and corrective action asrequired.
Duties and responsibilities
- To perform the job hazardous analysis (JHA) and participate tothe Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Verify the adequacy and application of the site HSE plan and allrelated procedures, to the preparing any revisions.
- To update the HSE documentation during all the constructionphases when deemed necessary.
- To check that subcontractors perform their activities inaccordance with all the HSE applicable procedures, regulation andstandards, promoting all necessary action to ensure that the saidprocedures and regulations are observed.
- To organize, plan and participate to periodical HSE walk around,inspections and audits on site, prepare all the relevant reports, actionplans, verify the follow up and the timely execution of the correctiveaction.
- To organize, coordinate and directly participate in the HSEtraining activities on site.
- To organize and participate to all relevant site HSE meetings,prepare the relevant MOM.
- To cooperate with the client concerning the issue of anynecessary work permits.
- To organize in case of work accidents a full investigation of theevent, finalized to the identification of corrective measure to avoidreoccurrence.
- To keep accident records, identifying the areas to whichprevention must be addressed.
- To perform and or promote the indoctrination / training ofpersonnel.
- Lead and coordinate the activities off the site HSE committee(composed by all contractor and subcontractors HSE representative).
- To lead and coordinate the site emergency response team and fireprevention / fighting team, organizing training and emergency drill mockactivities.
- To prepare the HSE section of the construction monthly progressreport and other periodical report.
- To prepare and update the site HSE statistics, verify theperformance versus the project and corporate HSE objective, targets andperformance indicators.
Person Specification Knowledge & Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering Course.
- NEBOSH GC/IGC, Diploma in Safety or any other HSE Certification(considered at ADNOC Group discretion).
- Additional HSE Trainings / Certifications will be addedadvantage.
- ADNOC approved will be anadvantage
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years work experience.
- Significant experience in a similar position on EPC Oil & Gasprojects/ Refinery.
- Pipeline work is mandatoryfor this vacancy.
