Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager, based in Allentown, PA. The Construction Manager will oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, monitoring project progress, managing project controls, ensuring compliance with construction safety regulations, and coordinating with various project stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project quality.

Qualifications
  • Strong supervisory skills, including team coordination and leadership abilities
  • Experience with budgeting and cost management
  • Knowledge of construction safety protocols and standards
  • Proficiency in construction methodologies and practices
  • Familiarity with project control processes, including scheduling and risk management
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in aviation-related construction projects is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Allentown, PA
