Construction Laborer

Overview
We are a custom framing crew who also do odds and ins. We hold a Class-C Contractor license but framing is the main trade you will learn. We would love for you to have previous experience but if you don't we just ask you to be prepared to learn a-lot at once and try to remember everything you can.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up work areas
• Reading Plans
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform general labor tasks.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
• Operate basic tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Assist with demolition or removal of debris as needed
• Must have tool bags and where them at work.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
• You'll be responsible for providing all the common tools for a job but we will cover the ones you don't have until you get them.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
• Be coachable, there are 1,000 ways to do every job and learning the science behind the work is our quality.
• Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to work well within a team environment in various weather conditions
• Motivated to learn to be a lead to run job sites.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
