What You’ll Do

✔ Unload tools, prepare building site materials, organize materials, set up and maintain equipment.
✔ Maintain building site, security, fencing and signage.
✔ Clear, excavate, fill, backfill, grade and landscape.
✔ Assist in the wrecking or dismantling of buildings and other structures.
✔ Perform watchman duties, including flagman, garbage and debris handler, dumpman, firewatch, and tending of heaters and pumps.
✔ Prepare, handle, and convey materials whether by hand or any other process.
✔ General cleanup, including sweeping, cleaning, and wiping of construction site, equipment, and furnishings.
✔ Perform fire caulking/firestopping duties.
✔ Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly.
✔ Ability to see and recognize hazards and follow verbal or hand signaled directions
✔ Places top priority on jobsite safety. Has knowledge of Dohn’s Safety Manual and OSHA regulations.
✔ Complete tasks in an efficient manner.
✔ Travel to various project locations throughout Northern Colorado, including Estes Park

What We’re Looking For

✔ High school degree or equivalent (preferred)
✔ Some construction experience (preferred)
✔ Safely operate a variety of small hand tools
✔ Reliable transportation to and from work location every day
✔ Current driver’s license
✔ Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
✔ Physical agility to stand, walk, climb ladders and/or formwork, kneel, crouch down, twist, and reach on a constant basis throughout the day
✔ Ability to properly lift, carry, push, rake, shovel, and move materials, supplies, tools, and ladders weighing up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis and occasionally more than 100 pounds throughout the day
✔ Ability to concentrate at a high degree in a busy and noisy construction environment
