Construction Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. We pour concrete and do residential construction

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
• Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and electricians in their tasks
• Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is necessary
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites is desirable but training will be provided
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
