Construction Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer be at the forefront of building excellence! Duties

• Assist with site preparation, including heavy lifting and material handling to ensure smooth workflow
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and finishing
• Support concrete work by mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete surfaces with precision
• Install rebar, metal studs, and formwork for foundations, walls, and other structures following schematics and blueprints
• Perform masonry tasks such as bricklaying, stucco application, and tile laying to enhance structural integrity and aesthetics
• Conduct demolition, restoration, or renovation activities while adhering to safety protocols
• Support heavy equipment operation when needed and assist with loading/unloading materials for project efficiency

Requirements

• Proven construction site experience with familiarity in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
• Mechanical knowledge related to construction tools, equipment operation, and basic maintenance
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and sustain physical activity throughout shifts
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and concrete pumping equipment
• Knowledge of various trades including carpentry (trim carpentry, framing), roofing, masonry, welding, plastering, stucco application, flooring installation, and tile laying
• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for site transport needs
• Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites; willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear protective gear at all times

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
