Duties

• Assist skilled tradespeople in performing their tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and plumbing.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites.
• Prepare job sites by cleaning up debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
