Duties

• On-Site Labor Support: Assist with general labor tasks, including moving materials, loading/unloading supplies, and safely setting up ladders or scaffolding.
• Finish Paint Application: Apply finish microbial preventative product to assigned areas.
• Final Site Cleanup: Maintain an organized workspace throughout the day and conduct a thorough cleanup the job is complete, including cleaning tools and loading materials.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a general job site laborer.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physically demanding labor, lift up to 50+ lbs consistently, and comfortably work ladders or scaffolding.
• Reliability & License: A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to travel between local jobsites.
• Team Work Ethic: Dependable work ethic, strong communication skills, and a true commitment to restoring living spaces with care.
