Construction Laborer

Position Overview We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Entry-Level Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in construction, learn hands-on skills, and grow within the company. No prior experience is required — we provide training for motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks on commercial job sites
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform general labor duties such as site cleanup, debris removal, and basic demolition
• Operate hand tools and simple power tools under supervision
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Support the crew with additional tasks as needed to keep projects moving efficiently

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
• Positive attitude and commitment to safety
