Construction Laborer

We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our growing construction team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will assist with a variety of construction activities on residential and commercial projects while working alongside experienced trades professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites by removing debris, organizing materials, and setting up equipment or temporary structures
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving construction materials, tools, and supplies
• Support carpenters, concrete crews, electricians, and other skilled trades as needed
• Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, mixing materials, measuring, and basic assembly work
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to improve efficiency and safety
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and responsibly
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines while on-site
• Inspect tools and equipment regularly and report any damage or safety concerns
• Work efficiently with crew members to keep projects on schedule

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
• Capable of lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, bending, climbing, and working on active job sites
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to take direction and complete tasks efficiently
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and job site procedures is helpful
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance preferred

Experience

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred, but not required
• On-the-job training available for motivated candidates

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
