Construction Laborer

Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable Construction Laborer to join our crew for full‑time, year‑round work. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who shows strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Pay rate will depend on experience and proven reliability.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily construction tasks on residential and commercial job sites
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Site cleanup and preparation
• Operating basic hand tools and power tools
• Supporting skilled trades as needed
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn and follow direction
• Experience in construction is a plus but not required
