Construction Laborer and Snow Plow Driver

Job Overview
Join our small business crew as a Construction Laborer! In this vital role, you will assist with a wide range of construction activities, being a support to other members on your team and ensuring that projects progress smoothly and efficiently. In the summertime your hands-on work will contribute to creating durable structures, beautiful landscapes, and innovative renovations and in the winter time we keep going as we jump at every storm. You will be asked to safely operates heavy-duty trucks and equipment to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, and sidewalks. Duties

• Assist with the installation of septics, driveways, lawns, hardscaping, and brush clearing.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment.
• Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and performing heavy lifting as needed.
• Aid in the installation of landscape features like plants or garden beds.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and directions.

Requirements

• Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is highly preferred.
• Ability to operate power tools, heavy equipment, and perform heavy lifting safely is necessary.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or site transportation is necessary. Join us in building something extraordinary!

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
