What You’ll Earn

• Paid training at $20/hr
• Base pay increases after training
• Monthly production and performance bonuses
• Realistic bonus potential of $500-$1,500 per month
• Typical earnings of $25-$30+/hr within the first year for reliable, productive employees
• Paid drive time in company vehicles

Raises and promotions are based on performance, reliability, quality, and leadership, not seniority.

What You’ll Do

• Install foundation repair and waterproofing systems
• Work primarily in residential basements
• Operate power tools and construction equipment
• Carry materials and equipment
• Work as part of a small professional crew
• Solve problems and complete projects efficiently
• Deliver quality workmanship that homeowners can trust

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to our shop
• Ability to lift 100 pounds
• Ability to perform continuous physical labor in basements, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
• Positive attitude
• Dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic

No foundation repair experience required.
