Rick's Custom Fencing & Decking is growing and looking for hardworking individuals to join our team. Whether you're an experienced fence or deck builder, a skilled carpenter, or someone looking to build a career in the construction trades, we'd like to meet you.

Every day is different. You'll work alongside experienced crews building fences, decks, patio covers, and outdoor living spaces that transform our customers' homes.

What You'll Do:

• Build fences, decks, and patio covers
• Work outdoors as part of a professional installation team
• Learn valuable construction and carpentry skills
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service
• Maintain a safe and organized job site

Job Duties:

• Hands-on building of residential exterior projects like fences, decks, and covers
• Communicating with customers
• Working with plans and permits (more experienced leaders)
• Using a simple app to record job information and materials
• Overseeing yourself and a helper to complete your projects efficiently and completely.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Is Well-organized
• Effectively manages time and priorities
• Has a strong attention to detail and pride in their work
• Has good written and verbal communication skills
• Has an aptitude for problem-solving
• Has 1-3 years of construction experience
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
