Construction Laborer - Leader Positions Available

Crew Leaders run their own 2-person crew with projects based on their skills. Maybe you are great at building cedar fences, or maybe you want to tackle the more complex deck and cover projects that Rick’s regularly installs. Wages are based on experience and skill level in construction and management, and will start at $23/hour (starting wage depends on experience), with more experienced leaders making as much as $34/hour plus overtime!

Whether you’re seasoned in carpentry and construction or looking to grow your skills as a new crew leader, we’re seeking motivated, hard-working self-starters to join the Rick’s Custom Fencing & Decking team.

Job Duties:

• Hands-on building of residential exterior projects like fences, decks, and covers
• Communicating with customers
• Working with plans and permits (more experienced leaders)
• Using a simple app to record job information and materials
• Overseeing yourself and a helper to complete your projects efficiently and completely.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Is Well-organized
• Effectively manages time and priorities
• Has a strong attention to detail and pride in their work
• Has good written and verbal communication skills
• Has an aptitude for problem-solving
• Has 1-3 years of construction experience
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
