Construction & Landscaping Crew Member / Concrete Finisher

EcoGardens Landscaping Inc. is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our growing crew! We are a fast-paced company specializing in landscaping, site work, concrete, and general construction projects throughout the area.

This is a full-time, year-round position — not seasonal. We pride ourselves on maintaining a strong team atmosphere where everyone works together and takes pride in quality work.

Responsibilities Include:

• General landscaping labor
• Construction site cleanup and preparation
• Shoveling, grading, and material handling
• Assisting with concrete work and finishing
• Operating hand tools and small equipment
• Loading/unloading materials and equipment
• Assisting with curbing, stamping, and decorative concrete projects
• Supporting crews on various outdoor construction and landscape projects

Preferred Experience:

• Concrete finishing
• Concrete curbing and stamping
• Landscaping or construction labor
• Equipment operation experience is a plus

Requirements:

• VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE IS REQUIRED — no exceptions
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
