Construction & Landscaping Laborer (Entry-Level, Hiring 18+)

Position OverviewA&R Landscaping is seeking reliable, professional individuals to join our team. We are hiring for two roles based on experience and equipment availability:

• Crew Leader (Preferred with Equipment)
• Crew Member (Equipment Provided if Needed)

Pay Range (Based on Houston Market Averages)

• Crew Leader (with equipment preferred): $18 – $25 per hour
• Crew Member: $14 – $18 per hour

Pay is based on experience, reliability, and work performance.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Weekend work available (optional, based on availability)
• Full-time preferred, part-time available

Responsibilities

• Lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming)
• Landscaping work (planting, mulching, cleanups)
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
• Provide professional and respectful service at all times

Requirements

• Valid ID required
• Entry-level welcome, experience is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Crew Leaders: Must have own landscaping equipment (preferred for full position and higher earning potential)
• Crew Members: Equipment can be provided if needed
