Job Description
Integrity Roofing & Construction is looking for an experienced Construction Lead to oversee and execute high-quality residential projects. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, leads by example, and is passionate about developing team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew of up to three team members on job sites
- Oversee and perform work in carpentry, siding, and decking projects
- Train and mentor laborers to ensure quality and efficiency
- Ensure all work meets company standards for craftsmanship and detail
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
- Enforce strict compliance with L&I and OSHA safety regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in carpentry, siding, and decking
- Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a small team
- Full set of personal tools and safety equipment required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Thorough understanding of L&I and OSHA safety standards
