Job Title: Construction Litigation Attorney

Job Description
The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in construction litigation and other legal proceedings. This position involves providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and conducting negotiations on behalf of clients. This role requires excellent negotiation and litigation skills, as well as the ability to write compelling legal documents.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research to support litigation proceedings
  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
  • Draft legal documents, such as pleadings and motions
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to build strong cases.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings.
  • Must you have a Florida Bar License and Be in good standing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
