Construction Manager

Responsibilites:

• Site Supervision: Supervise daily site operations as advised by PM, Responsible for making Shop Drawings, BBS and Concrete Pour Plans after careful reviews of IFCs and to ensure that activities assigned are dealt with in accordance with shop drawings, Bar bending schedules, Concrete pour plans and specifications
• Quality Assurance: Works to meet the required standards by keeping close watch on Cost Benefit ratio, timelines and specifications.
• Safety Management: Ensures safety and environment protocols for himself and labor working on specified nature of job
• Coordination: Works in close Liasson with Project manager, in addition to that coordinate with all construction and consultant team in achieving smooth completion of activities.
• Problem Solving: Addresses any issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process and present his recommendations immediately to Project Manager for its resolve
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs of labor, materials and progress reports. Also responsible for maintaining and tracking records of IR for each activity performed at site
• Resource Management: Proactively informs PM in specified format for any future demand in terms of materials and labor
• Discipline: Observes office/ site timings, cooperate with PM as per site needs and comply to his instructions time to time in the best interest of project.

Qualifications:

• Education: DAE Civil 15 years exp Or Graduate/BTech with 10 years Exp
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
