Construction Manager

Job title: Construction Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects, ensuring alignment with

project goals and timelines.

• Collaborate with professionals to review plans and confirm feasibility, code

compliance, and safety standards.

• Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation to

maintain financial control.

• Select and hire contractors and subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and supervise

the onsite performance.

• Monitor construction progress, conduct inspections, and ensure work quality meets

design specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Identify and resolve issues, delays, or unexpected challenges, adjusting project

plans and schedules as needed.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to

provide updates and ensure project expectations are met. $ 145454.00/year.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related

field. 48 months of experience in managerial position.
