Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction activities on-site.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and design specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present progress reports, budget updates, and project documentation.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and labor.
• Enforce health and safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience managing commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple contractors and maintain project control.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
