Construction Manager

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 10 years experience in the Construction field

Demonstrated experience in leading project teams and managing cross-functional teams

Good verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement

Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions

Prover ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting and cost management

Good negotiation skills for dealing with vendors, Consultant, Clients and team members

Effective decision-making skills under pressure

Ability to manage and resolve conflicts within the team

Keen attention to detail to ensure project quality and accuracy

Deep understanding of the project lifecycle and methodologies

Expertise in identifying, assessing and mitigating project risks

Skill in managing relationships with all project stakeholders

UAE driving license is a must

Preferrable Arabic Candidates
