Southern Harbor Construction is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Construction Manager to lead field operations across multiple new-construction and renovation projects. If you’re a strong communicator, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to keep trades, materials, and schedules moving smoothly—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for multiple active projects (new builds + remodels)
• Create and manage detailed project schedules to keep jobs on track
• Coordinate, supervise, and hold subcontractors accountable for quality and timelines
• Order materials, track deliveries, and ensure everything is onsite when needed
• Conduct daily jobsite walk-throughs and document progress, issues, and task completion
• Identify potential delays early and proactively solve problems
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and a professional environment on every jobsite
• Work closely with the office team for updates, change orders, and client communication
• Maintain clear documentation and digital logs through project management software

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of construction management or superintendent experience
• Strong understanding of residential new construction and renovations
• Excellent scheduling and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping details
• Confident communicating with subcontractors, clients, and internal team
• Ability to read plans and understand scopes, takeoffs, and material needs
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with project management systems (Houzz Pro experience is a plus)
• Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and dependable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
