Our network of nuclear medicine facilities delivers personalized, precision treatments, backed by a centralized hub that ensures high-quality clinical research and care. We’re expanding rapidly, opening additional sites in 2026, and we need a hands-on Construction Manager to lead these projects from start to finish.
Position Overview
As our Construction Manager, you will manage all aspects of construction and real estate development for new and existing sites, from site scouting and acquisition to construction completion. You will work hands-on with contractors, vendors, and landlords, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a highly visible, strategic, and operational role where your decisions directly impact the success of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage all phases of construction projects, including new center builds, renovations, and capital equipment upgrades.
- Scout and evaluate new site locations, performing site visits and feasibility assessments.
- Negotiate leases and contracts with landlords, contractors, and vendors.
- Oversee contractors and subcontractors on-site, ensuring compliance with plans, quality standards, and schedules.
- Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones, proactively resolving issues.
- Provide detailed updates and reports to leadership.
- Lead planning, budgeting, and coordination of facility modifications.
- Manage proposals, contracts, and space allocation.
- Conduct audits to support facility planning and compliance.
- Implement and maintain safety and quality assurance programs.
- Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring successful completion from planning through execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of construction experience; healthcare experience preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, local/state/federal building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and take full ownership of projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Valid driver’s license and current insurance.
- Ability to travel up to 50% and lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
