MEP Construction manager
Job Purpose:
To lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction activities at the project site, ensuring works are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the
execution, coordination, and supervision
of all MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, ELV, etc.).

Review project specifications, drawings, and schedules to ensure accurate implementation.

Develop and monitor MEP project schedules, manpower planning, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site-related issues.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies across all MEP activities.

Manage and lead MEP teams (Engineers, Supervisors, and Foremen) to ensure effective progress and productivity.

Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.

Attend and lead progress meetings; provide updates and reports to management.

Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays in MEP execution.
-
Support testing, commissioning, and final handover of all MEP systems.

Ensure alignment with project cost, quality, and time objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
.

Minimum
12–15 years
of experience in
MEP construction
, including
5+ years in a managerial role
(UAE/GCC preferred).

Proven experience in
high-rise buildings / commercial / villa projects
.

Strong understanding of MEP systems, codes, and local authority regulations.
