Position: Construction Manager

We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Manager to join our team in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the civil construction industry
• At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE
• Strong experience in villa, building, and infrastructure projects
• Ability to manage site execution, planning, budgeting, and timelines
• Proven experience handling site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, authorities, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities and site operations
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and prepare regular reports
• Ensure compliance with HSE and local authority requirements
