Construction Manager – External Works & Specialized Finishes

The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating, and supervising small to medium-scale construction and fit-out projects, with specialization in external works, wood cladding, steel works, tiling, and pool construction.

The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with Qatar Construction Standards and project specifications, while maintaining high-quality finishing standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8–15 years of experience in construction and fit-out.
• Proven experience in:
• External works
• Wood cladding systems
• Steel works
• Tiling & high-end finishing
• Pool construction
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and installation techniques.
• Experience working in Qatar/GCC preferred.
