Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12–15 years of experience in the construction industry, with significant exposure to high-rise building projects.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong experience in site management, construction planning, and execution of large-scale developments.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors, subcontractors, and site teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day construction operations on site, ensuring work progresses according to approved plans, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient construction execution.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules, site logistics plans, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Manage construction budgets and resource utilization to maintain cost-effective project delivery.
  • Identify potential construction risks, delays, or technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
  • Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and work progress reports.
  • Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractor teams to ensure productivity and performance.
  • Coordinate inspections with consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate site records, progress documentation, and reporting.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.
  • Provide regular construction progress reports to senior management and highlight any issues affecting project timelines or costs.
