Construction Manager

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12–15 years of experience in the construction industry, with significant exposure to high-rise building projects.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong experience in site management, construction planning, and execution of large-scale developments.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors, subcontractors, and site teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day construction operations on site, ensuring work progresses according to approved plans, schedules, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient construction execution.
- Develop and implement construction schedules, site logistics plans, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Manage construction budgets and resource utilization to maintain cost-effective project delivery.
- Identify potential construction risks, delays, or technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and work progress reports.
- Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractor teams to ensure productivity and performance.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and approvals.
- Maintain accurate site records, progress documentation, and reporting.
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.
- Provide regular construction progress reports to senior management and highlight any issues affecting project timelines or costs.
