Axe Builders is a rapidly growing construction company based in Philadelphia. We are seeking a Construction Manager who can take ownership of a job site and add value from day one as we scale our operations.

The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing construction sites, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects move forward safely, efficiently, and according to plan. This role is primarily field-based, with current projects located throughout the city of Philadelphia.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
