Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day construction activities at site, ensuring adherence to project schedule and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and local authority requirements
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and address any delays or technical issues
• Oversee resource planning, material availability, and site logistics
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and handover processes
• Lead site teams and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Minimum [10–15] years of experience in construction management
• Proven experience in infrastructure and pipeline projects
• UPDA/Driving License
• Prior experience in QE projects, QE Dukhan projects will be a strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, standards and client procedures (preferably QatarEnergy/ Kahramaa/Ashghal)
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
