Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to oversee building construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate must have strong site management skills, the ability to handle multiple construction activities, and experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams. Experience with shoring systems will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure implementation of safety standards and site compliance requirements.
• Manage manpower, machinery, and material planning.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
• Monitor project costs and control wastage.
• Ensure proper execution of structural, finishing, and civil works.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with relevant authorities and consultants.
• Supervise excavation, foundation, retaining structures, and shoring-related activities where required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site execution.
• Experience in high-rise/commercial/residential building projects preferred.
• Experience in shoring systems, excavation support, and deep foundation works will be an added advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is preferred.
