Role Summary

Compass Project Consulting is seeking experienced Construction Managers for an immediate secondment assignment with a leading developer in Dubai.

The role will support the delivery of a high-profile luxury residential development currently under construction, comprising high-end apartments and mansion villas.

We are specifically looking for contractor-background professionals with strong site-based delivery experience and practical project management capability. The successful candidates will be heavily focused on driving programme recovery, construction coordination, execution management, and QA/QC performance across assigned project areas.

This is a fast-paced site delivery role requiring strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills within a live construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned construction areas/packages through to completion
• Drive programme recovery and monitor construction progress against key milestones
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders on-site
• Monitor QA/QC compliance and ensure work is delivered to the required standards
• Identify construction risks, delays, and site coordination issues and implement mitigation measures
• Review construction activities, sequencing, and site logistics
• Support reporting, progress tracking, and coordination meetings
• Work closely with the client PM team and supervision consultants to drive delivery objectives
• Monitor contractor performance and site productivity
• Ensure safe execution of works in line with project and HSE requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 12+ years of construction experience
• Strong contractor-side background essential
• Proven experience in high-rise residential, luxury residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments
• Strong site delivery and construction management experience
• Experience in driving programme and coordinating site execution activities
• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and construction sequencing
• GCC experience required, UAE experience strongly preferred
• Available immediately or on short notice preferred
