Job Summary
The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities related to oil & gas projects, ensuring safe execution, quality compliance, timely delivery, and cost control. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, subcontractors, and client coordination during EPC, brownfield, or greenfield projects.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all site construction activities for oil & gas projects.

Ensure construction execution complies with project specifications, drawings, HSE policies, and client standards.

Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and Commissioning teams.

Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and construction personnel.

Monitor project schedules, productivity, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.

Review IFC drawings, method statements, and construction procedures.

Conduct daily and weekly progress meetings with project stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with ADNOC, API, ASME, ISO, and international construction standards.

Identify construction risks and implement mitigation plans.

Manage site issues, RFIs, NCRs, and change orders.

Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Prepare construction progress reports and documentation.
-
Ensure strict implementation of HSE requirements and incident prevention measures.

Maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion within budget.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Petroleum Engineering.

PMP / CCM certification preferred.
-
NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification is an advantage.

Minimum 15–20 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction projects.

Strong experience in EPC, pipelines, flowlines, well pads, processing facilities, refineries, or offshore/onshore projects.

Experience with ADNOC or Middle East Oil & Gas projects preferred.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management systems.
