Construction Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi & Dubai, UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in Main Contracting (UAE experience is mandatory)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to lead our on-site construction operations for major building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with main contractors, managing large-scale high-rise and mixed-use developments from mobilization to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and site engineers to maintain productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal departments for technical and construction-related matters.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE and QA/QC standards at all times.
• Review and approve construction programs, method statements, and progress reports.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience with a main contracting company.
• Proven track record in managing high-rise or large-scale building projects.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of local authority regulations, FIDIC, and construction standards.
• Must be currently based in the UAE (applications from outside the UAE will not be considered).
