Construction Manager

Indigo Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Manager to oversee the execution of our ongoing construction projects in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, supervising teams, ensuring quality standards, controlling project timelines, and delivering projects efficiently and safely.

This role requires a strong leader with hands-on construction management experience and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining project quality, budget, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities from project initiation to completion.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site SOPs.
• Manage project resources, manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues at the construction site.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Review project plans and provide technical guidance where required.
• Control project costs and minimize delays and wastage.
• Verify contractor work, measurements, and progress for billing purposes.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of site activities.
• Conduct site meetings and coordinate with management regarding project updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10 - 12 years of construction management experience in commercial, residential, or high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site execution, and project management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
