Construction Manager

Construction Manager :(5 Years’ Experience)

Industry: Construction / Contracting

We are looking for a skilled Construction Manager with at least 5 years of experience to oversee site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards
• Review drawings, resolve site issues, and support project planning
• Prepare site reports and update management on project status

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in construction management (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of site operations, materials, and construction methods
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams and fast‑paced environments
