Construction Manager (2 Positions)

Job Description

We are looking for skilled Construction Managers to oversee on site execution of infrastructure projects. The role involves managing site teams, subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day to day site operations and execution activities
• Supervise site teams and coordinate subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Resolve site issues and conflicts efficiently
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong experience in infrastructure works (roads, utilities, drainage, concrete, finishing)
• GCC/KSA experience preferred
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
