About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient execution of all on-site activities while maintaining quality, safety, and budget targets.

Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site.

· Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

· Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.

· Monitor progress and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.

· Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.

· Lead project meetings and resolve site-related issues promptly.

· Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

· Approve and review construction plans and technical documents.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a construction management role.

· Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.

· Proven leadership and team management abilities.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).

Preferred Qualifications:

· - Bilingual (English and Arabic).
