Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a reputed Main Contractor company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, safety compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site as per project plans and schedules
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Review drawings, method statements, and construction programs
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational issues
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance
• Attend progress meetings with clients and consultants
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate handover activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience with Main Contractor companies
• Proven experience handling large-scale construction projects in the UAE
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
