Construction Manager - Civil

Job Title: Construction Manager – Civil
Location: UAE
Salary: Up to AED 12,000 per month (All-inclusive)

We are looking for a hands-on Civil Construction Manager with strong site execution experience to lead civil projects from start to finish. The role involves managing site teams, coordinating with consultants, controlling costs, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil construction projects from planning to completion.
• Supervise site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workers.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and site progress.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Resolve site issues and maintain smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–12 years of civil construction experience.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Strong site management and team leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE construction practices.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• DM Accredation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
