Construction Manager- Civil

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards, particularly for high-rise and large-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and handover
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on site
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance
• Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during construction
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Manage procurement, materials, and resource allocation effectively
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders for approvals and updates
• Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory
• Proven experience working with main contracting companies in UAE/GCC
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
