Job Opening: Construction Manager (Civil – Onshore Oil & Gas)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong Oil & Gas Onshore Civil Construction background to join our growing team.

Position: Construction Manager

Industry: Oil & Gas (Onshore Civil Construction)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all onshore civil construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and project specifications.
• Review construction plans, method statements, and project documentation.
• Lead site teams and provide technical guidance throughout project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction management.
• Proven experience in Onshore Oil & Gas Civil Construction Projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and site management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with international construction and HSE standards.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
