Construction Manager Electrical Substation

• Project Leadership:
• Oversee all aspects of 132/220 KV substation and solar project construction, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Team & Contractor Management:

Direct and motivate site managers, contractors, and project teams to achieve project goals efficiently.

• Quality & Safety Assurance:

Uphold rigorous standards for site quality and safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.Develop and implement detailed project plans, including L2 schedules and GANTT charts, utilizing MS Projects software.Manage and ensure timely billing and collections, maintaining a strong focus on commercial outcomes.Plan and execute projects to meet or exceed delivery targets, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project completion.Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project sites, clients, and contractors for both technical and commercial matters.Approach responsibilities with a business owner’s perspective, driving value and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure high-quality execution to minimize punch points and rework.Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; additional project management qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 8/10 years’ experience in substation construction and project management (132 kV and above).
