Fit-out Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site fit-out construction activities to ensure timely completion, quality workmanship, and compliance with design, safety, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the execution of interior fit-out projects from start to handover.

Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure full understanding of requirements.

Coordinate with design, procurement, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth project progress.

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet quality, time, and cost objectives.

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Track project progress, prepare weekly reports, and update management on key milestones.

Monitor and control project budgets, material usage, and labor productivity.

Resolve technical and coordination issues that arise during project execution.

Lead project handover, snagging, and close-out activities.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management or equivalent.

Minimum 12-15 years of experience in fit-out / interior contracting, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record in high-end high-rise residential fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of project management principles, drawings, materials, and construction methods.

Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and relevant construction management software.
