Fit-out Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site fit-out construction activities to ensure timely completion, quality workmanship, and compliance with design, safety, and budget requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the execution of interior fit-out projects from start to handover.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure full understanding of requirements.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet quality, time, and cost objectives.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Track project progress, prepare weekly reports, and update management on key milestones.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, material usage, and labor productivity.
  • Resolve technical and coordination issues that arise during project execution.
  • Lead project handover, snagging, and close-out activities.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in fit-out / interior contracting, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in high-end high-rise residential fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, drawings, materials, and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and relevant construction management software.
