Construction Manager - High Rise

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of luxury construction projects from planning to completion.
• Manage site operations, subcontractors, and project timelines to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to maintain design integrity.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Monitor budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in luxury projects.
• Proven track record of delivering high-end residential or commercial developments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of UAE construction laws, regulations, and market practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED22,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month
