Job Title: Construction Manager (High-Rise Building Projects)

Experience Required: Minimum 12+ years (with UAE high-rise building experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage high-rise building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end construction activities for high-rise building projects.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authorities, regulations, and safety standards.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and foremen.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and HSE compliance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage procurement and material delivery schedules.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
• Handle client communication and stakeholder management effectively.
• Ensure proper documentation and project records are maintained.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on high-rise building projects in the UAE.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, codes, and authority approvals.
• Experience in managing multiple subcontractors and large site teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
