Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Construction Manager with proven UAE high-rise project experience to manage site execution, crane operations, construction logistics, and labour resources on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

-Oversee day-to-day site execution of high-rise construction works

-Manage tower crane operations, lifting activities, and coordination

-Control site logistics, material movement, deliveries, and vertical transportation

-Plan and manage labour and subcontractor manpower

-Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and approved method statements

-Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

-10+ years’ experience, including high-rise projects in the UAE

-Strong hands-on experience in cranes, logistics, and labour management

-Ability to work independently on a freelance / contract basis
